Decisive for the long-term success of our business are our varied activities that centre on crewing and training.
As early as the beginning of the 1990s, the crewing agency of ASM in Manila is providing the major part of crew and officers. ASM is responsible for around 1,900 Philippino seafarers. Our Polish agency Teamwork, which was founded in 1999 and has offices in Gdynia and Szczecin, is responsible for about 1,000 Polish seafarers. Hartmann Offshore, also located in Gdynia, started operations as a crewing agency for the offshore sector in 2008. Furthermore Hartmann Reederei, Feederlines and Feedercrew are taking care ov several hundred German and Durch seafarers as well as seafarers of other nationalities.
We offer an extensive qualification and training programme in the Philippines (ISNTC), in Germany (Nautitec; together with Reederei Buss), in the Netherlands (NTTA) as well as in Cyprus (MAST).
