UFS is a joint venture of the Hartmann Group with the Briese Shipping Company and Schoeller Holdings Ltd. UFS has centrally purchased the bunker for these companies since 2007.

A joint venture between the Hartmann Group and the Briese Shipping company, Ems Offshore supplies pontoons and tugs Europe-wide - it specialises in Heavy-Lift transport and sea towage, carrying ship and submarine sections, crane and bridge sections and gastanks.
Shipdex
This joint venture, founded by the Grimaldi Group and Intership Navigation, is an IT service provider. Shipdex has developed a software which optimises the exchange of technical and logistic data between various different shipping companies.
