Via our in-house crewing agencies and close ties with reputable manning agencies and training schools, we recruit and educate our seafarers. Through our state of the art marine training and simulation centre, we invest a good deal in training our seafarers.
We strongly believe that recruiting our own crew and offering specific in-house trainings results in the quality standards we are striving for and that which our customers expect – be it on our own vessels or on those under 3rd party management.
Safety on board is our ultimate objective and we aim to achieve it by constant training of our employees. Well-trained crew with a focus on safety ensures short dry dock times and minimal off-hire. We invest strongly in training and education.
